I was having trouble with my garage door opener, opening the garage door, but not closing it, which was very frustrating when I was leaving for work since I had to get out of the car and close it. I contacted garage systems of East Hampton and they initially gave me some things to try over the phone, which unfortunately did not work, but then promptly scheduled me an appointment and had someone come up who was very timely. efficient— problem solved. I’m a happy camper! Would definitely use their services again.

Great service installing my keyless entry system and great eye on 2 problems that were prevented by the technician. He saw that one of the garage door springs was beginning to “unkink” in one spot, which would = breaking. He also noticed that the weather stripping was also beginning to break down and become ineffective. A follow-up appointment solved those issues!
